The house at Nazareth is a house of work and so when we work well we resemble the Son of God just as much--and perhaps more--as when we pray or study (FSP 43).

The Paulines are workers first of all--though that includes study which most find more burdensome than manual work. St. Paul was self-supporting as much as he could. That is our example.
