With the exam of conscience we can check at (what) point we are on our spiritual journey (VMC 894).

From Father Tom: And sometimes at what point we are not!  That can happen for us "men of the cloth" -  it's so easy to tell other people what's right that we forget what's wrong with us!  And so, dear members, pray that I may stop deceiving myself.
