“Give us, O Lord, health of mind” As one thinks, so is his mind. The fruits of a plant make it known: the bottle gives the wine that it contains. A mind that is sound and vigorous produces sound thoughts, a mind that is sick, however, polluted thoughts (ACV, p. 92)
