In the Secret of Success, we glorify God’s goodness for our special vocation; we confess our inadequacy in every way; we make a pact with God in which we oblige ourselves to seek always and only His glory and the peace of men; God has already obliged Himself in advance to give us whatever is necessary (ACV, 210).
