You do not do works of charity in the hospitals, in works of charity in general, but your charity is more exquisite: you give the truth. This is the greatest charity, because it is charity for the mind, for the soul and for the spirit. (FSP 55, p. 430).
FROM FATHER TOM: The Founder does not mention prayer...he takes it for granted if we look at his lifestyle. But it is not to be taken for granted among ourselves and is this not a basic thought: reaching people, yes, being of benefit to them and to ourselves...?
