LENTEN WEEKDAY

Since the Lord has deigned to receive us to work in the Church for His glory, let us strive to accomplish ever more faithfully our duties; let us see to it that we tend with ever greater good will to that perfection that we can and must reach in the Congregation, in which He has called us and to which He has been pleased to put, so to say, His Divine seal (Ven. Thecla Merlo, Vi porto nel cuore, p. 182).

FROM FATHER TOM: Very true. The trouble in our day might be to see how apparently little we are accomplishing externally (and especially in the field of modern media) and forget that-though we should do our best--external accomplishments are never why we joined the Pauline Family in the first place.
