The Secret of Success is the same for us.

From Father Tom: And when we pray with the church, we give special place to the prayers of our own part of the church, viz, the Institute. Have faith! Other prayers and devotions are more "beautiful" and more wide spread. Not to worry, the Lord wants OUR prayers and blesses them.

From Father Tom: It is important to remember that we are called to give fidelity to the INSTITUTE, not other movements and devotions, no matter how attractive. We have VOWED ourselves to the HFI, and the will want to know we did that, not other practices.

From Father Tom: In an age which ignores both heaven and hell, it is not likely that many people put purgatory among their least casual considerations.  We must not join them, neither being too optimistic, nor yet fearful, but rather maintaining a serene desire to do our best always and never to omit praying for those who have gone before us.
