The habit of mediating is the secret of holiness: to imitate Our Lady “who meditated all these things in her heart.” (VMC 861)

Fr. Tom: We have had various commentaries by the Founder on this practice and these make us think—which is precisely “meditating”.  But we don’t have to tire ourselves reflectin on things we already know but can turn immediately to what we call “conversation with Christ”.
