Only with Mary can a founder conceive and begin a special work for the Church.  So many graces are needed that only in her can the founder accomplish what in itself is impossible (RjA 276)

From Father Tom: Much the same applies to my vocation and yours. Sometimes we think we just drifted into member ship...that was certainly not true for me and, as for you, if you are still an active, productive member...how explain all those who fell by the wayside?
