What woman can cooperate in the priestly ministry? The one who is full of Jesus Christ, who draws from the tabernacle light, kind actions and love, who draws from there the spirit of faith, the firmness of Christian hope, the cardinal virtues, the religious virtues (FSP 56, p. 222).

From Father Tom:  That sets the bar a little high. Perhaps we should not expect more from others than we possess ourselves.
