Virtues increase in a soul in proportion can understand how Mary, "full of grace," reached the heights of virtue and holiness.
From Father Tom: "Grace"--always difficult to explain. My own understanding is that it is the gracious presence of the Master in us, but not exactly because this "grace" is also a divine gift distinct from Him. We can talk about it but not understand it!
