We control our tongue when we speak at the right time and in the right way, too much to say is bad but equally bad is moodiness and a morbid attitude.

From Father Tom: That seems to say it all but the PRACTICE is the difficult part. The man who knows how to control his tongue is perfect at every point (Letter of St. James).
