Mary's conformity with the will of God was total (BM, p. 400).

conformity to the will of God to the will of God. “Be it done to me according
to your word…” a truly colossal reaction. With all others she longs for
the coming of the Messiah or Liberator (though she does not know how this will
happen), but when she is told that she is a key element in the process…her
response is simply stunning
