Nothing is more precious than time, but so much of it is wasted (HM p. 41).

From Father Tom: And so we begin our day with the proper orientation by reciting the Morning Offering. Then, at frequent intervals during the day, we offer what we are doing to the Divine Master.  It's a simple project in theory, but not so simple in practice.
