Blessed Alberione teaches us, “is the great Sacrament of the Word of God.
Beneath its pages flames the Divine Fire of the Holy Spirit just as, under the
sacramental appearances, lives the Divine Person of Christ. Just as the person
who receives the Holy Host is taking a heavenly nourishment of incomparable
virtue, so the person who feeds of the words of the Bible feels springing up I hi
soul a divine fire of ineffable activity which penetrates his soul and renews
it spiritually.”
