LENTEN WEEKDAY

The use of
the Gospel is very useful during our struggles. “May the reading of the Gospel;
be for us salvation and protection”. We read in the Liturgy, “You , O Christ,
true light of the blessed, enlighten us through your serene countance, and
dissipate the sleepiness of our minds” (ACV p 90).
