An upright use of
the mind is this: to think of God, of the truth or according to the truth,
getting instruction, study, and everything that leads us to fulfill God’s will
and that is pleasing to Him. For example: all that helps us make progress in
virtue, our duties, our office, etc. (ACV, p. 39).
