Let prayer come before everything else and, above all, let it be the life of everything (SP, Aug 20, 1937).
From Father Tom: We must take this rule seriously,k not so much reading from the Prayer Book (thought not neglecting it either), but making our day an on-going recitation of invocations, a frequent brief stop to say "Hi" to Jesus and making sure that prayer get precedence in our schedule. Try this consistently and you'll notice the difference.
