Let us bless Iraq and Iran in the respective stops. Let us recite a rosary for these souls, praying for the deceased and repairing for sins committed against Jesus Christ, the Way, the Truth and the Life (SP May 1949)--During this month let us pray for our brothers and sisters of the Pauline family in Switzerland, Taiwan Tanzania, Thailand, and Ukraine.

From Father Tom: "The more things change, the more they remain the same." This is unfortunately true once again for those two martyred nations--in '61 as in '49. Let us pray by all means for the innocent sufferers but also for the many rushed into eternity without proper preparation.  "Eternal rest..."
