Envy is not in the heart only but has many manifestations and how pitiful they are. We do not know when the envious person will stop when in his heart he feels the rising of envy (FSP p. 422).

From Father Tom:  The remedy here--and I have several times suggested it--it is to practice praising ...even where you (erroneously) think there is very little to praise.
