Jn 3: 31-36

Jesus is not our Master just because He spoke  He is equally our Master because of His exemplary life which confirmed His teaching and because He gives us the grace, the strength, to believe in His word and imitate His behavior (577)

Fr. Tom: Which of the Master’s qualities do I moist need?  Are my words not always as His would be—too frequent or not frequent enough?  Do I behave as He did—often with courage and faith?  Is my life generally lived close to Him?
