A person of faith sees in everything and in every event the Divine will for him or her (BM 180).
From Father Tom: And it can't be any other way. Things happen, not by chance, but as part of an enormous, overall Divine plan. Each of us is involved with that plan as we serve God in whatever capacity (or fail to). My life affects the lives of all those I meet just as their lives affect mine.
