From Father Tom: This is true even of exceptional human beings called to an exceptional vocation. Incidentally-to change the subject-the booklet highlighting the meeting between Fr. Pio and Fr. Alberione is available on request--it goes very well in our little shrine here.

Truth and grace were in Christ--"full of grace and truth." Truth and grace are still the life of the Church (FdA 146).

From Father Tom: "Truth and grace..." The comment here would need to be far longer but perhaps we can sum up the meaning by describing "Truth" as the practice of living coherently what we are called to be, and "Grace" as the divine incentive to continue living that way.
