We grow in hope, thanks to prayer and repeated acts of desire, trust and love for heavenly goods (BM p. 203).

From Father Tom:  Important also is to curb our envy or jealousy if someone else seems to be having more of these "heavenly goods," than we have and convince ourselves that, in every case,we already have far more than we deserve.
