With the recitation of the Rosary we always intend to ask for sanctity and blessings on the apostolate (Le preghiere della Famiglia Paolina, p 88)

From Father Tom: And we can confidently hope for both blessings. The problem—for me anyay—is to recite the Rosary WELL. To help myself, I say always the Sorrowful Mysteries, keeping in mind Gibson’s movie.
