We shall become expert masters of souls, if previously we have become humble and diligent disciples of Christ (UPS III 125).

From Father Tom: There was a time when this could be clearly said of priests and Religious who were what they were supposed to be and were dealing with "disciples" who believed in certain principles even if they didn't practice them. But...in today's world and today's Church...?
