Frequency in visiting Jesus in the holy Tabernacle prepares that eternal dwelling with Him which is beatitude (BM p. 380).

FROM FATHER TOM: I have written of Fr. Alberione previously in this context: slowly and reverently, head habitually bowed, he entered the church.  Painfully, he tried to kneel. Gently he entered the pew, bowed his head...and all was silence.
