“Stop judging and you will not be judged.
Stop condemning and you will not be condemned. Forgive and you will be
forgiven. (Lk 6: 37)
Say the Chaplet of Divine
Mercy, or a prayer of your choosing, asking God to increase within you, His
mercy and compassion for others.
