Consecrated people are not cut off from-- indeed, it is they who really contribute to the good of society (VNC 987).
From Father Tom: The reference seems to be to when consecrated people were really cut off from society, but Religious today are anything but cut off, unfortunately, and their contribution is not what it should be. Perhaps HFI can take up the slack?
