Even a sick person who is able to do much and needs others to wait on him, can become a great saint if he bears his suffering patiently and unites his will with the will God (VMC 682).
Requires no comment from the theoretical point of view, but what virtue it requires to make it a reality! We have to help the sick also with our prayers.
