Sometimes God uses the knife...and we are caught up in difficult and unfair situations. Not to worry. They are the hand of the good God shaping our soul (VMC 699)
Great theory...but how difficult to accept when it comes! Let us recall how many times we have used the knife against God--so to speak--when we offended Him grievously and thought nothing of it.
