Discouragement
is not permitted to a Christian, much less the surrender of self to a world
that lures humanity toward a godless life (CISP 868).
Father Tom: But we have to admit that
the majority today-far more than in the Founder’s time-don’t see it that way.
Last November we read a study of the Church in the States and it made grim
reading—and other countries are far worse.
We people must pray more and work more for the truth.
