Let our work be done in the spirit with which Jesus worked in the house of Nazareth. Let us think with what intentions and with what diligence he dedicated to a humble work like the one of a carpenter (RSP, pp. 548-549).

From Father Tom:  The Founder often refers to the "mystery" of the home in Nazareth and the extraordinary situation of an infinite God extraordinary situation of an infinite God Who lives for 30 years working like all the other men in the village...while simultaneously holding in place the unbounded Universe!
