These days that go by in the climate of Christmas, pass them with Mary, spiritually united to her and make ours her thoughts and sentiments when she adored the Child (APD 1958, 292).

From Father Tom:  Next to the unspeakable greatness of God--infinite, unlimited-we place the greatness of Mary. She is the most spiritually perfect human being who ever lived or ever will live and so--apart from being His mother--the only human being whose love and care for Him can be seen as adequate. May she share with us a little of her vast privileges at Christmas and all through 2015.

Jesus, Divine Master, we adore you with the angels who sang the reasons for your incarnation: "Glory to God and peace to all people." We thank you for having called us to share in your own apostolate. Enkindle in us your own flame of zeal for God and for souls (The prayers of the Pauline Family, p. 129).

From Father Tom:  We will never fathom--not even in Heaven--the enormity of God and of His love for us. Only a Being without limits of any kind could do what He did: choosing always the most insignificant and most painful in the key situations of His time on earth.
