ST BARTHOLOMEW, Apostle
Rev 21: 9-14
John 1: 45-51
Bring the spirit of Jesus, Way, Truth and Life to your surroundings. Don't be contaminated by a worldly spirit but have and give the spirit of Jesus Christ (VMC 1030).
That seems to say it all. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by the paganism all around us--even among our Catholic friends. The Apostles had the same problem, except they had to die for their faith. Let us at least live for it!
