SEVENTEENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

2 Kgs 4: 42-44

Jn 6: 1-15

After miraculously satisfying 5000 with five loaves of bread, Jesus spoke of the Eucharist, bread from heaven. If we want to win souls, let us think about bodies...it is difficult to talk about the Eucharist to someone whose stomach is empty.
