St. Vincent said that must love God with the sweat of our brow (VMC 751).
I am not sure which Vincent the Founder has in mind but the thought applies to everyone, “Vincents” or not. The Founder also remarks that the Lord’s sweat in the carpenter’s shop was just as effective as his sweat in Gethsemane.
