The Redeemer shows His power in freeing us from the works of darkness and strengthening us against the assaults of evil (BM 329).
From Father Tom: Assaults of evil? Have we really felt these? Well, perhaps we have but, even if we have not, should we not thank not only the Lord, but also those humble souls who pray constantly fore sinners? At the Judgment we'll meet them!
