The Holy Spirit sometimes gives certain souls extraordinary graces, but this is not  holiness, nor do we need extraordinary divine gifts to reach it (BM 162).

From Father Tom: A useful reminder. Holiness is most often something hidden and may not even be visible to the holy person who sees rather his or her defects.
