The Christian has always the grace of praying. By praying he will surely obtain the Divine help to overcome and to follow and imitate Jesus Christ (BM p. 418).

From Father Tom:  Sometimes we have to pray through clenched teeth...Not to worry. The Lord had to do the same in His Passion.
