Docility to grace is shown in a particular way when we obey (RSP 272).

From Father Tom:  Obedience is not founded on the ability of the one giving orders but upon the fact that he is lawfully entitled to give them. Obedience in the Church today is marked by too much discussion and voting and often is not obedience at all.
