Pope Pius XII said that there is need, especially today, for a multitude of holy lay people who become aware of the attraction of a life hidden with Christ in God and yet dedicated to make Him known, loved and served (Meditazioni per consacratesecolari p. 186)

From Father Tom: "hidden with Christ in God"--a favorite phrase of the Pontiff. I often heard him repeating it at our annual Sunday trips to Castel Gandolfo during my Novitiate.
