Every generation has a youth/old-age divide--never more so than in ours . We will stay with the Church's truth. If you marry a trend...you'll soon be a widow (VMC 378).
The last sentence is a paraphrase of the Founder's thought and attributed to Bishop Sheen. Strange that HE wasn't called to found the Pauline Family! But the Lord's choices are almost always mysterious.
