ADVENT WEEKDAY
First Thursday of the month--The Angel Guardians
Is 26: 1-6
Matt. 7: 21-28
There is a natural motherhood where people enter into the married state and there is a more sublime motherhood, that of the virgins who give Jesus Christ to souls (MCS p. 183).
In our relationships with our own Sisters and others we have to avoid making comparisons or deciding one state is more pleasing to God than another. ALL states are pleasing to Him as long as each state is being lived perfectly.
