Acts 11: 21-26

Mt. 10: 7-13

All the “great’ men in the world!  They are really so small!  Or are great because they do great harm instead of being of benefit to society, to the world, to humanity. The only truly “grand” person was the Divine Master! (VMC 798).

Fr. Tom: don’t we all know this?  And yet we are sometimes not ashamed to run after people whose value—on the Founder’s terms—is extremely limited. Or read up on their lives and accomplishments. And often without a thought that these may be saturate with mortal sine…Let’s say a sincere prayer for them?
