There is just one charity, on e virtue but with two objects: loving God for Himself and our neighbor for the love of God (BM 647).

Fr. Tom: “Love is also—and perhaps normally—and action of the WILL and not of the emotions.  Maybe you don’t LIKE me – that’s not important—but you do LOVE mewhen to please God you overlook my defects and forgive my offences.
