To work in the apostolate is a duty, but we absolutely
must give first place to prayer and especially to the Visit to the
Blessed Sacrament (VMC 857).
Fr. Tom: How clear the Founder has
been on this point! How often he
repeated himself. Well he knew that for
the average member, the attraction of the activity (and today, unfortunately,
the attraction of parish activity is always very strong. We need faith in the Divine
Master, lots of it!
