We give the first Sunday of the month to the Divine Master and (I can assure you) that this practice comes from the Divine Will - we have real proof of it (VMC 897).
From Father Tom: In the rush of family life, it is not easy to give a whole Sunday to reflection on the Divine Master - all the more seeing that Sunday is not what it used to be or should be. Let's do something extra if we can for members whose families take up all their time and attention.
