Nothing is more useful than to take time to reflect and examine ourselves, concentrating on our own life and praying to know ourselves better (VMC 900).
From Father Tom: Is the Triduum suitable for this exercise? In general no, but it is very suitable for mutual support and for learning how other members are living the life and, seeing that there are only a few local support groups, I think this i a big plus.
