We must not believe that we have already done enough. St. Paul says, "Forgetting what lies behind I strain forward for the life on high" (APD 962, 11).
FROM FATHER TOM: The best words here are forgetting what lies behind. There is a real danger that we will feel too good about what we have done and find the Divine Master telling that we already have our reward . . .
